From the Floor to the CEO Seat

I didn’t step into leadership through a title.

I grew into it—through experience, pressure, and responsibility.

My journey started on the floor in childcare. No shortcuts. No fast track. Just real work—supporting children, managing rooms, understanding teams, and learning very quickly that leadership is not about authority, it’s about accountability.

Over the years, I moved through every level of the sector. Each step came with a deeper understanding of people, culture, and the reality behind what “good leadership” actually looks like day to day—not in theory, but in practice.

I’ve seen what works.

And I’ve seen what fails teams.

Now, as a CEO, I don’t lead from distance—I lead from experience.
